Shortwave

Shortwave is an email client that works with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. It groups similar messages, such as newsletters or notifications, into bundles you can clear at once, and lets you split the inbox into sections.

Its AI assistant can answer questions about your mail ("what did the landlord say about the lease?"), summarize threads, draft replies and help organize the inbox. Because the assistant reads your messages to answer, read how Shortwave handles your data before you connect a work account.

It runs in the browser and on desktop and mobile. It does not support Outlook or other providers, so it suits people who live in Gmail. There is a free plan, with more AI use on paid plans; check the current limits on the official site.
